Angle Plate, 3" Webbed End

The 0.0005" tolerance claim held up when I tested it against my surface plate, and the webbed design makes it lighter to handle than solid blocks. Surfaced it with a file to knock off the edges before layout work, and it's been dead on for squaring fixtures all week.

I was able to check squareness right out of the box, the 0.0005" tolerance over 6 inches is noticeable compared to cheaper plates I've used. The webbed end design gives it a nice, solid feel when squaring up frames.

The precision grinding on these surfaces is exactly what I needed for setting up my mill vise. It squares up workpieces consistently, and the webbed end makes it easy to clamp without distortion.
