I machined a small brass bracket that needed a precise press fit, and this plate's flatness held true to within a couple thou. The pre-drilled holes saved me reaming time, and the steel didn't warp under moderate clamping force. Perfect for small bench-top jobs like mine.

The mounting holes lined up perfectly with my lathe's cross-slide pattern, no re-drilling needed. I was pleasantly surprised by how flat the surface is right out of the box. It holds my work steady during light milling without any flex.

Finally got this bridled press plate mounted on my press and the fit is spot-on, no slop at all. It feels really solid during use and the machining is noticeably cleaner than my old plate. Perfect for my bench top setup.
