Caliper - Divider, 6" Spring

I’ve been using this 6-inch spring divider for marking out precise curves, and the tension on the spring feels just right—firm enough to hold position but smooth to adjust. The points are sharp right out of the box, making it easy to scribe clean lines on metal. For the price, it’s a solid addition

The spring action on this 6" divider is firm but not stiff, so I can set a measurement and it holds perfectly while I scribe a line. For layout work on the bench, it’s been dead accurate every time.

I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the pivot joint moves, making precise adjustments much easier than with my old divider. The 6-inch spring mechanism holds its setting firmly once locked, which is exactly what I need for consistent layout marks.
