Cross Slide, 7x Mini Lathes

I was worried about fitting issues with my mini lathe, but this cross slide body bolted on perfectly and feels more rigid than the original. The dovetail surfaces were clean and didn't need any filing out of the box. A solid upgrade that fixed my chatter problem.

Really solid piece of cast iron. The fit in the dovetails was noticeably tighter than the stock slide I took off, no slop.

Swapped out the tired original on my 7x lathe and this one fits perfectly, with noticeably tighter sliding surfaces. The casting looks clean and the dovetail ways already had a good finish, no extra filing needed.
