Feed Screw, Y-Axis 16 TPI

Took a chance on this for my mini mill and it fits perfectly on the Y-axis. The 16 TPI threading is spot-on, and I measured the table travel at a true 0.0625" per full handwheel turn, so my setups are dead accurate now. Feels solid and precise where it counts.

The threads are cut clean and mate perfectly with the handwheel, so the table advances exactly 0.0625" per turn as promised. No binding or backlash issues after a few hours of use, which is all I really wanted from a replacement part.

I’ve been working this new feed screw on my mini mill for a week now, and it’s been spot-on. The 0.0625" per turn is exactly what I needed for consistent table movement.
