Got the oversize casting and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to true up to the exact diameter on my lathe. The hub dimensions are spot-on for my shaft fit, and the 6 straight spokes feel nicely balanced for the weight.

The oversize casting meant I could machine it down to the exact 2-1/2" diameter I needed without any issues. The hub is nicely centered and the 0.769" rim width feels solid for a small engine project.
