Gear, 2-Speed Intermediate Shaft

The 12-tooth end meshed perfectly with my lathe's existing gears right out of the box—no filing or adjustments needed. Really glad this replacement part saves me from having to buy a whole new mini mill.

Barely had to shim anything when I installed it—the 12-tooth end meshed cleanly with the mini lathe’s gear train, and the machining on the shaft feels precise. Took me about twenty minutes to swap and it’s been running smoothly since.
