I replaced the old gear in my mini mill with this one, and the 29 teeth mesh perfectly with the driven shaft—no wobble at all. Installation was straightforward, and it feels solid under load.

The teeth are cut precisely, so the spindle spins smooth with no chatter when I switch speeds. It’s the 29-tooth gear, and it fit my R8 mini mill without any fiddling. Took a bit of patience to line up the shaft, but once seated, it’s solid.

The 29 teeth mesh cleanly with the drive shaft and the gear sits snug on the spindle without any wobble. Swapped it in during a lunch break and the 2-speed transmission shifts just as it should now.
