Swapped out the old gear on my mini mill and this one dropped right into place. The steel feels sturdy, and the 21 teeth mesh cleanly with no play.

The 21-tooth count matched perfectly, and the steel feels sturdy enough to handle daily milling without flexing. Installed it this weekend and the grinding noise is completely gone. Exactly the replacement part I needed.

My mini mill was making that grinding noise on the 2-speed shaft, and swapping in this 21-tooth gear fixed it perfectly on the first try. The teeth mesh cleanly with the larger gear and the steel held up through a solid hour of cutting without any wear.
