The jaws on this 6" chuck close with satisfying precision, and the included adapter made swapping it onto my lathe a quick job. The three mounting studs were a nice touch, no hunting for extra hardware.

The three mounting studs and nuts made installation straightforward, and the 6" 4-jaw grip feels rock-solid on my HiTorque 7600—no wobble even at higher speeds. I've used it for a few odd-shaped castings, and the independent jaws held everything true without me fussing too much.

I was relieved the adapter lined up with the mounting holes on my 9x20 without any shimming, and the three studs hold the chuck rock-solid. The 6" 4-jaw grips uneven stock way better than my old 3-jaw ever did, and the swap took maybe five minutes.
