I was impressed by how securely this magnetic base holds my dial indicator, even when I have to angle the rod at an awkward position. The base itself is strong enough to stay put on a vertical surface, which really helped me get accurate measurements.

The double rods make it way easier to get the indicator positioned just right in tight spots on the mill. Holds steady with no creeping, even when I’ve got the arm extended all the way out.

I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the rods adjust in the magnetic base—no wobble at all. Perfect for holding my dial indicator steady during tricky setups.
