The brass stock and bolts are all there, no scavenging trips to the hardware store needed, which is rare for these kits. I've got a Sherline lathe and the tolerances on the castings are forgiving enough that a beginner like me got it running without cursing too much.

Machined the cylinder yesterday and the bronze ports lined up perfectly with the mounting holes. The included hardware is exactly what you need for a clean build.

The hardware is all there and organized well enough that I didn't have to hunt for missing screws, which was my biggest worry. Machining the base on my Sherline lathe took a few evenings, but the fit was precise and the engine runs smoothly once you get the alignment right.
