Pin, M8x40, Tapered and Threaded CLEARANCE

The internal thread on the wide end let me pull it out cleanly with a bolt after a test fit in my jig, which saved me from the usual pry-bar struggle. Measured right at 8x40mm with calipers, and it seated snugly in the hole without any wobble.

I needed a precise tapered pin for a jig assembly, and the internal threads on the wide end made installation a breeze. The 8mm shaft fits snugly into the pre-drilled hole, and the machining is clean. Very happy with the result.

The threads cut cleanly and the 8mm width fits perfectly into my jig. I used it for a bench top alignment fixture and it held firm without any wobble. Great precision for the price.
