Every size from 0.1240" to 0.5010" is accounted for, and the HSS edges held up through a full run of stainless without chattering. The over-under chucking design made swapping between sizes a breeze on the mill. These are now my go-to set for precision holes.

The 0.1240" reamer cut cleanly through a brass bushing without any chatter, and the HSS steel held its edge perfectly. I've used cheaper sets before that would bind up, but these 14 pieces give me exactly the sizes I reach for most.

The 0.2490" to 0.2510" stepped sizes in this set are perfect for fitting tight tolerance holes without having to swap tools. Cuts cleanly in mild steel with no chatter on my manual mill. I’ve already used four of them on one job and they still feel sharp.
