Rear Splashguard, HiTorque Mini Lathe, 7x16

Was pleasantly surprised how well the curved shape channels coolant away from the chuck while I'm parting off. The brushed finish matches the lathe bed nicely, no sharp edges at all.

Bolted it on in about ten minutes and it lines up perfectly with the chuck, so no more oily spray hitting the wall behind the lathe. The metal has a solid, finished edge that doesn't snag on my rag when I wipe down the ways. Definitely worth the money for keeping the shop clean.

Installed this on my 7x16 lathe and it fits perfectly, the pre-drilled holes lined up exactly. Cuts down on the mess from oil and chips flying off the chuck. A solid upgrade for keeping the work area cleaner.
