Finally found a retainer that actually stays put during heavy milling—the fit on the X-axis feed screw bushing is snug enough to eliminate that annoying wobble. Installed it in under two minutes with no modification needed.

The bushing retainer fit my SX2.7 perfectly, and the precision machining is evident in how smoothly the X-axis feed screw now operates. It's a small part but it made a noticeable difference in eliminating that annoying play during milling.

The table end bracket sits flush with zero play once torqued down, and the bushing retainer holds the feed screw perfectly in line on my SX2.7. Machining is clean and the holes lined up without any filing needed.
