برغي تثبيت، M6x22، رأس كلبي مسنن ذاتي القفل

Finally got these M6x22 set screws installed on my bench vise, and the dog point grabbed perfectly into the threaded hole. The self-locking nylon strip held tight even after a full day of heavy milling vibration.

The nylon strip on this M6x22 set screw really does its job—after a full day of milling, the fixure stayed rock-solid with zero hint of vibration loosening. The dog point gripped the shaft groove cleanly, and the hex socket gave me a snug, confident turn.

The dog point seated perfectly in my fixture’s locating hole, and those self-locking threads snugged up without any play once I torqued them down. Vibration from the mill didn’t budge them at all over a full afternoon of cutting.
