Spring, 10 mm x 20 mm

After weeks of the guard flopping down, this 10mm x 20mm spring finally fixed the issue perfectly. It slipped right into place on the SC4 lathe, and now the chuck guard holds tight. Exactly the right size for the job.

Finally, a replacement spring that actually fits the SC4 chuck guard without me having to bend or shim anything. The 10x20mm dimensions are spot-on and the tension is just right for the guard to snap back smoothly.

Took a while to get the tension right, but once it’s seated over the chuck guard studs, the 10mm × 20mm sizing holds the guard firmly without rattling. Decent replacement for the original part, though the metal feels a bit stiffer than the factory one.
