Steady Rest, 1-2" Mini Lathe

The mounting clamp bolt lined up perfectly on my mini lathe, making installation a breeze. I’ve been turning some 1.5-inch aluminum stock and the steady rest holds it rock-solid with no vibration. It’s exactly what I needed for those longer pieces that like to wobble.

I needed a steady rest for some smaller work, and this one's adjustment range from 1 to 2.15 inches is perfect. The included mounting clamp bolt made installation straightforward.

My old machinist's steady rest couldn't handle smaller stock, but this one's 1" to 2.15" range is perfect for my mini lathe projects. The included clamp bolt and nut lined up easily with my existing holes, so I was turning in under ten minutes.
