T-Slot Cutter, HSS

The dual-cutter setup saved me time since I could switch from the end mill to the T-slot cutter without adjusting my table. Cuts the 1/4" vertical slot cleanly, and the HSS held its edge through a dozen passes.

Cut the 3/8" wide groove in my mill table perfectly after using a standard end mill for the initial slot. The HSS teeth held up well through a dozen passes on cast iron. Exactly what I needed for this job.

Milled the 1/4" vertical slot first with a standard end mill, then swapped in this cutter to open up the T shape—the HSS edge held up through a full run of cast iron without any chatter. Cut the top width cleanly and the neck cleared the slot walls just as it should.
