Toolmakers Square, 4", Starrett

Bought this to check my tablesaw blade alignment and it's spot on. The hardened stainless beam has zero play, and the machined inner corner lets it sit flush against a machined edge without rocking.

The lapped stainless faces are dead flat, and I can feel the difference when I slide it across a ground surface. Used it to set up my tablesaw blade and the beam sits perfectly flush with no light showing under it. Genuinely the nicest square I've owned.

Checked this against my machinist square and it's dead on, no light showing through anywhere. The lapped stainless faces feel slick and the beam clears the corner nicely on setup. For the money this little 4" square is staying in my apron.
