Gear, Transition 9x20 Bench Lathe

The shaft fit perfectly into the 16mm bore on my 9x20’s change gear assembly, and the 66 teeth meshed cleanly with no wobble on the first try. Installation took about five minutes, and it’s held up through a few dozen cuts so far.

After messing around with the wrong gear for a week, this one dropped right in—the 16mm shaft is a perfect match and it spins smooth with no wobble. The 66 teeth line up clean with the rest of the set. So glad to finally have the right part on the change gear assembly.
