Vise, 2" Screwless

I’ve been using this on my surface grinder and the one-piece hardened body repeats within tenths, which is exactly what I needed for small workholding setups. The horizontal and vertical v-grooves add a lot of versatility for holding round stock.

The jaws clamp down with impressive precision and the hardened surfaces show no wear after repeated use. The one-piece body feels rock solid in my hand while setting up workpieces.

Every surface checks out square within half a thou right out of the box, and the hardened jaws haven’t left a single mark on the brass stock I’ve been milling. The screwless clamping action took me a few tries to get the hang of, but once set, it holds firm enough that I trust it for the final pass.
