Couvercle de tour, mini-tour

I was worried a cover would trap moisture and rust the ways, but the denim breathes so well that even after a humid week, everything underneath felt dry. The fit is snug enough to stay put without fighting it, and it’s held up through plenty of on-and-off use without fraying.

The denim is a nice weight, not flimsy at all, and because it breathes I don't worry about rust forming underneath. I just toss it over the headstock and tailstock and it covers everything without a fight—definitely keeps the chips and dust off between jobs.

Fits my mini lathe snugly, and the denim material is thicker than I expected—feels like it’ll hold up for years. The fact that it breathes is a real plus; I’ve had zero musty smells or rust spots since I started using it.
