Bought this to check my tablesaw blade alignment and it's spot on. The hardened stainless beam has zero play, and the machined inner corner lets it sit flush against a machined edge without rocking.

The lapped stainless faces are dead flat, and I can feel the difference when I slide it across a ground surface. Used it to set up my tablesaw blade and the beam sits perfectly flush with no light showing under it. Genuinely the nicest square I've owned.
