Adattatore per mandrino da tornio da 3" progettato per il nostro tavolo rotante di precisione (1927).

Questo adattatore consente di montare un mandrino da tornio da 3" a 3 o 4 ganasce su un tavolo rotante con foro centrale a cono Morse 2. È presente una sporgenza di allineamento che si inserisce nel foro conico per un rapido allineamento.

Viene fissato al tavolo rotante con dadi a scanalatura T, non inclusi.

Snug fit on my 3" 4-jaw chuck, and the alignment on the rotary table's 2 Morse taper hole was dead on. Bolted it up and had the chuck spinning true in about ten minutes.

Wasn't sure the 2 Morse taper center hole would line up cleanly, but the adapter seated my 3" 3-jaw chuck with zero runout. The alignment lip does all the work — you just tighten it down and it's dead on. Made dialing in small parts on the rotary table way less fussy.

Bolted my 3" 4-jaw chuck straight onto the rotary table and the runout was basically nothing. The adapter seats firmly on the 2 Morse taper center hole, no wobble at all. Machining small round parts just got way easier.
