Finally got my mill axes dialed in without any slop. The 120 mm diameter gives a nice, smooth grip, and the 25 mm bore length fits the shaft perfectly.

The 120mm diameter is a nice upgrade from the original, giving me much better control on the Z-axis. It mounted perfectly on the 12mm shaft with the 4mm key, and the bore length of 25mm was just right for my setup.
