Installed this between the Z-axis fine feed knob and worm sleeve on my mill, and the 12x22x5 mm dimensions matched perfectly. The single direction thrust design handles the axial load smoothly without any binding.

The 5mm thickness fit exactly into the Z-axis assembly with no play whatsoever. I was worried about alignment, but the single-direction design made installation straightforward.

The 12x22x5 mm size was a perfect match for the Z-axis knob on my mill, and the single direction design handles the downward thrust exactly as it should. Installed it in under ten minutes and the feed feels noticeably smoother now.
