Came in handy right away for a few milling jobs. The attach and detach process is simple enough that I actually use it more than I thought I would. Keeps the chips off the floor without getting in the way.

Took about five minutes to snap this onto the 4" vise, and the adjustable angle actually stays put during heavier cuts. Clear plastic means I can still see the part clearly, which is more than I can say for my old rag-and-magnet setup.

Mounted this on my 3" vise in less than a minute, and the magnetic hold is strong enough to stay put during heavy cuts. Nice to have a clear shield that doesn't block my view of the work.
