Fits snugly over the left feed screw end, and since installing it, I haven't had to wipe chips out of that area once. It's a cheap piece of plastic that does exactly what it's supposed to do on my bench top machine.

Finally, a simple plastic guard that actually fits my X-axis feed screw without any modification needed. The snug design keeps chips and debris away from the threads while the machine is running.

Slipped it on in under a minute and it sits snug against the feed screw end, blocking chips from creeping in where they'd cause trouble. The fit is tight enough that it doesn't wobble during a run, which is exactly what I wanted.
