The fit on my micro mill column is perfect, and the plastic feels sturdy enough to last. It snapped right into place without any modifications needed.

The installation took me a few minutes longer than I thought because the tolerances are pretty snug, but once it was on, the fit is perfect and it feels sturdy enough. It's doing its job keeping debris off the column, which is exactly what I needed.

Fits the column exactly as expected, and the machining on the edges is clean with no burrs. It's a simple plastic cover, so nothing fancy, but it does the job of keeping chips and dust off the ways. Would've liked it a bit thicker, but for the price it's a decent replacement.
