The little wrenches and the included insert mean I could start facing right out of the box, and the rigid indexing feels solid on my mill. Cuts come off clean on aluminum, and it's held up through a dozen parts without a hint of chatter.

I've been using it for some small steel parts, and the replaceable insert holds an edge noticeably longer than my old brazed carbide tooling. The fact that it ships with the wrenches and an insert already seated saves a lot of setup fumbling.

The insert came already mounted, so I was cutting a face on aluminum within a few minutes of opening the box. The wrenches included actually fit, which isn't always a given with these import holders. Finishes came out clean and I didn't have to shim it to get it on center.
