The short 3/8" shank fit perfectly in my ER-16 collet with zero runout. I was able to dial in the depth for a smooth finish on some aluminum plate.

Cuts through 3/4" plywood like butter, and the adjustable range from 1.25" to 2.5" covers most of what I need for cabinet hinge holes. The short profile makes it easy to see what I'm doing, even on my smaller router table.

Finally, a fly cutter that doesn't hog my ER-16 spindle—the short profile clears my mill's guard with room to spare. I've roughed out a few steel plates adjusting from 1.25" to 2" on the fly, and it holds setting without slipping. Exactly what I needed for small work.
