I was relieved that the M8x55 screw was long enough to fit through my lathe's handwheel with room for the nut. The whole set feels solid and is exactly what I needed to replace a stripped original handle.

The locking nut fits snug and keeps everything solid during operation. I swapped out the old handle on my mini mill and this set was a perfect match. The M8 hardware feels well-made and should hold up to regular use.

The M8x55 screw threaded in cleanly without any binding, and the knob sits snug with zero wobble once the locking nut is tightened. I swapped it onto my tailstock wheel and the grip is just right for quick, precise turns.
