ハウジング、Z軸微送り

I was a bit nervous about the gear alignment being off, but the block dropped right into the housing without any shimming needed — the precision on the gear seat is spot on. Really tightened up my Z-axis movement.

Bolted it on this afternoon and the gears meshed perfectly right out of the box, no fiddling with shims or filing needed. The block’s fit on the mill’s dovetail was snug and true, which saved me a solid hour of setup.

The gear housing is machined cleanly and the holes lined up without any filing, which was my main worry with a replacement block. Dropped it in and the fine feed action feels solid again. Wished it came with the gears pre-loaded, but it's a fair trade for the price.
