Finally, a replacement that lines up exactly where the old one sat, no fiddling with the screw holes at all. The print is crisp enough that I can actually read the gear positions without squinting now. Took two minutes to swap out on my bench mill.

The alignment holes on this shifter label matched perfectly with the existing pins on my mini lathe. Installation took less than a minute once I peeled off the backing.

The adhesive backing held firmly—even after I cleaned the shifter area with alcohol first. The print is sharp and clear, exactly matching the original layout for my mill’s high-low shifter.
