Screw, M3x8, Pan Head Phillips Machine

Was a bit worried about getting the exact right fastener for the SIEG control box, but these threads caught perfectly and the pan head sits flush without binding. Just the right length at 8mm, so no fiddling with washers.

Finally found the right M3x8s to replace the stripped ones on my mill's control box—these thread in cleanly and hold snug. The Phillips head gives a solid grip, so no camming out even with a worn driver. Just wish they came in a small pack, but they're exactly what the SIEG needs.

The pan head sits perfectly flush in the control box cutout, which was exactly what I needed for a clean fit. Threads caught smoothly on the first try, and the M3x8 size matched the original fastener precisely.
