Screw, M5x10 Pan Head Phillips Machine

Finally got my old milling vise back in action—the Phillips drive seated perfectly without stripping. These pan heads are consistently machined, no burrs to fight with.

The M5x10 sizing is spot-on for my bench projects, and the Phillips head bites the driver firmly without any cam-out. I've used a handful of these on a jig and they thread cleanly every time.

The pan head profile sits flush and clean on my machinist's table, a nice detail for precision work. Threads engaged smoothly into the tapped holes without any binding. These M5x10 screws held my fixture securely for a small jig build.
