The aluminum body feels much more solid than the plastic factory knob, and the 100 mm diameter gives you a real grip advantage when cranking the Z-axis. It slid right onto the 10 mm shaft with the 4 mm key, no fuss. Wish it came with a set screw pre-installed, but once tightened it hasn’t budged.

I replaced the worn plastic handwheel on my mini mill, and this aluminum one is a massive upgrade. The 10mm shaft and 4mm key were a perfect fit, and it feels much more solid when making fine adjustments.

Finally, a handwheel that fits my mini mill's 10 mm shaft perfectly without any wobble. The 100 mm diameter gives just the right amount of leverage for smooth adjustments. Much more solid than the plastic original.
