The Y-axis slide is noticeably smoother than my old mill's saddle, and the extra weight really helps reduce vibration during heavy cuts. Machined surfaces look clean and the table locks down solid without any binding.

The mounting holes lined up perfectly with my existing setup, so swapping the old saddle in took less than an afternoon. I did have to scrape a bit of shipping grease off the ways first, but once installed it tracks straight with zero play.
