Adapter, 3" Lathe Chuck to 4" Precision Rotary Table - Main image
$24.81 $34.95 In stock

3" Lathe chuck adapter.

This adapter lets you mount a 3" 3- or 4-jaw lathe chuck on a rotary table with a 2 Morse taper center hole. There is an alignment boss that projects into the tapered hole for quick alignment. It is clamped to the rotary table with T-slot nuts that are not included.

You will need to machine the alignment boss to fit your rotary table.

Claire M. ★★★★★

Wasn't sure an adapter this simple could hold alignment, but the boss seats firmly in the 2 Morse taper hole and my 3" 4-jaw chuck spins true on the rotary table. Setup took maybe five minutes and the runout is basically nothing.

Ella D. ★★★★★

Snug fit on the Morse taper, no wobble at all once the chuck was bolted down. I use it to hold small parts on my 4" rotary table and the runout is basically nothing. Wish I'd picked one up sooner.

Andrew Z. ★★★★★

The alignment boss dropped right into the 2 Morse taper center hole on my rotary table and the chuck sat perfectly flat with zero runout. Machining small round parts got way easier now that I can index them in degrees instead of eyeballing it.
