Adapter, 3" Spindle to 4" Lathe Chuck - 70MM Recess

Adapter, 3" Spindle to 4" Lathe Chuck - 70MM Recess - Main image
$18.87 $29.95 In stock

This adapter lets you mount a 4" 3-jaw lathe chuck on your mini lathe.

Use this adapter with chucks that have a 70 mm registration recess diameter such as Bison 4" 3-Jaw chucks.

The adapter mounts to the 3-hole pattern on the spindle so it works on spindles with only three holes.

* Note Don't forget to purchase the appropriate set of Studs & Nuts to accommodate changes in chuck or adapter configurations.

Edward ★★★★★

Knew I'd need precise mounting for my 4" chuck, and the 70mm recess fit was spot-on. Threaded onto my mini lathe spindle cleanly, and the adapter itself feels solid with zero wobble during a test cut.

Miles ★★★★★

I was worried about runout, but this adapter seated perfectly on my lathe's spindle and the 70mm recess lined up with the chuck registration without any wobble.

Harper P. ★★★★★

The 70mm recess fits my Bison chuck perfectly, with no wobble at all. Installation was straightforward and the machining feels precise, so my mini lathe is now much more versatile. Just what I needed for those 4-inch projects.
