$7.62 $12.49 In stock

ER-11 collets have a major diameter of 0.45" (11.5 mm) and a length of 0.71" (18 mm). They have a clamping range of 1/32" to 1/4" (0.5 mm to 7.0 mm).

ER collets are made from high grade tool steel, hardened and ground to close tolerance. Kerf cuts allow the collet to expand and contract as needed within the specific clamping range to securely hold the tool or workpiece.

*Collet must be assembled into a collet chuck nut before inserting into the collet chuck.

Miles N. ★★★★★

The 1/8" collet I got holds my end mills perfectly true with no runout. Much better grip than the generic set I was using before.

Jacob ★★★★★

I was a bit worried about the clamping range being too tight, but it holds my 1/8" bits securely without any slippage during operation. The tool steel feels really solid and precise.

Mia ★★★★★

The 0.71-inch length is perfect for getting into my spindle without any slop, and the clamping range from 1/32" to 1/4" covers everything I regularly need. These just feel solid when you tighten them down, no vibration even at higher speeds.
