ER-20 collets have a major diameter of 0.83" (21 mm) and a length of 1.24" (31.5 mm). They have a clamping range of 1/16" to 1/2" (1.0 mm to 13.0 mm).

ER collets are made from high grade tool steel, hardened and ground to close tolerance. Kerf cuts allow the collet to expand and contract as needed within the specific clamping range to securely hold the tool or workpiece.
*Collet must be assembled into a collet chuck nut before inserting into the collet chuck.

Emily ★★★★★

The clamping range from 1/16" up to 1/2" covers everything I need in the shop, and the tool steel feels solid when I torque them down. Each collet sits snug in the holder without any wobble during a heavy cut.

Joshua ★★★★★

The 21mm diameter fits my ER-20 spindle perfectly, and the tool steel holds tight even during heavy cuts. I bought a few to cover my most-used bit sizes, and the clamping range is exactly as described.

Stella ★★★★★

I’ve been swapping out collets for different jobs, and these ER-20s hold my end mills securely without any runout. The 1/16" to 1/2" clamping range covers everything I usually need, and the tool steel feels solid during high-speed cuts.
