Single end 4 flute center cut end geometry mill made from premium submicron grain carbide. Designed for increased chip removal rate

Tolerances of these carbide end mills:

  • Cutting Diameter: +.000/-.002
  • Shank Diameter: -.0001/-.0004
  • Radius: +.001/-.001
  • Run-Out Tolerance: .0005 maximum shank to cutting diameter

Used for finishing operations. The 4-flute design allows for a high feed rate as less material is removed per flute. Ideal for milling, slotting, profiling and trace milling.

If greater swarf removal is desired, consider one of our 2 flute end mills.

Ava T. ★★★★★

Bought these for a few aluminum jobs and the submicron carbide holds an edge noticeably longer than my usual HSS bits. The +.000/-.002 tolerance made slotting more precise than I expected.

Evelyn ★★★★★

The 4-flute geometry really clears chips fast, and the center-cut design makes plunging a breeze. Tolerance of +.000/-.002 meant my parts stayed dead on size across a whole batch.

John B. ★★★★★

The submicron grain carbide is noticeably denser when you touch it, and the 4-flute design clears chips like a dream in my aluminum work. I’ve pushed these through some tough passes and the cutting edges are holding up far better than the cheap sets I used before.
