Metric threading kit for 7x14 mini lathes.
This kit replaces the lead screw and half nuts so you can more easily cut metric threads.
You cannot use a threading dial with this kit installed. There is no metric threading dial.

Installing this kit took me an afternoon, but the lead screw swap is straightforward and the half nuts engage crisply now. Cutting M12 threads on my 7x14 came out clean on the first try. Just remember you're giving up the threading dial, so you'll have to stop and check your depth manually.
