These V-blocks are made of hardened steel. They are ground square, parallel and concentric within 0.0003".

  • Stepped groove construction.
  • Centered 90° V grooves.
  • Round capacity is 2".
  • Square capacity is 1-7/16".

The V-blocks are supplied in matched pairs and include clamps for inspection work.

I checked the squareness on these with my micrometer and they're dead on to the 0.0003" spec. The hardened steel surface has held up well against some heavy clamping so far.
