X-Y Table Assembly - Main image
$140.67 $209.95 In stock

An X-Y table assembly is a precision positioning system that provides controlled horizontal movement along two perpendicular axes (X and Y). Its main purpose is to enable accurate, repeatable positioning of tools and workpieces in machining applications.

This small precision X-Y table can be used on a drill press or other machine to precisely locate your workpiece.

  • The table is 90 mm (3.54") by 200 mm (7.87").
  • The table has three 8 mm T-slots.
  • The complete X-Y Table assembly is 10.5" wide, 9" deep and 2.9" high.
  • The X-axis travel is 135 mm (5.31") and the Y-axis travel is 70 mm (2.76").
  • The height of the table is 60 mm (2.36").
  • The base is 100 mm (3.94") by 175 mm (6.89").
  • The dials are graduated in 0.001" and one turn of the hand wheels moves the table 0.050".

The X-Y table is made of cast iron and steel. There are adjustable gibs on both axes.

Benjamin C. ★★★★★

Took a while to bolt everything down, but once it was aligned, the two-axis glide is impressively smooth—no play or binding even at slow feed rates. Setup is a bit tedious if you're new to this, but the precision payoff is real.

Finally got this mounted to my CNC mill, and the backlash is almost nonexistent compared to my old setup. The way it glides along both axes makes me feel like I'm cheating at workholding.

Jacob B. ★★★★★

I’m a machinist by trade, so I’m picky about slop in positioning tables. This one held its line within a few tenths even under a heavier load than I planned to run. The perpendicular travel feels locked and true, no drift at the end of the stroke.
