Locking Lever, M6 Heavy Duty

The threads engage perfectly with the mill’s axis screws, and the lever’s grip is solid enough to cinch down without any flex. I’ve already swapped out two of the old ones that were starting to round off, and these feel like they’ll last.

Took these to the mini mill and swapped out the factory levers—the M6 threads grabbed cleanly and the locking action is firm, no wobble. After a few hours of milling, the axes stay put without me retightening, which the old handles never did.

Finally got around to swapping out the stock clamps on my mini mill, and these M6 handles are a huge upgrade. The German machining is obvious—the threads engage perfectly without any wobble, and they lock down the axes solidly.
