Took a while to figure out the exact alignment for the sensor, but now the spindle lock engages perfectly every time. The bracket feels sturdy enough to handle daily use on my bench mill.

Finally got this installed on my SX2.7 and the magnetic lock feels much more secure than the old spring catch it replaced. The aluminum bracket is thick enough that nothing flexes when I clamp down a workpiece.

I was glad the bracket’s magnet sensor mount was pre-drilled exactly for my bench mill’s existing holes. It made installation straightforward in just a few minutes, and the grip is rock-solid with no wobble.
